Product Manager
Reimagined Auctionet's online auction marketplace homepage with a clear mission: to create a personal, seamless, and engaging experience. Developed new personalisation features that enabled users to track their bidding activity, access favourite items, and discover new products aligned with their interests, enhancing the buying experience. Analysis of customer journeys, behavioural data, and user feedback identified key friction points where users were dropping off. Based on these insights, user flows were redesigned and high-impact calls-to-action were placed where they would have the greatest impact.
The initiative increased targeted conversion rates by 10% to 30%, unlocked new revenue streams, and established the homepage as a key driver of retention and commercial growth.
Android app, channel for acquisition
Product Manager
Unlocking international growth at Auctionet started with a simple insight: customers outside Sweden needed an Android app. While the company focused mainly on iPhone users in its home market, analysis of customer feedback and market data revealed strong demand abroad. Acting on these insights, the initiative secured stakeholder support and led to the launch of a new Android app. By leveraging customer insights and data to shape both product development and the go-to-market strategy, the app was released on Google Play.
The result: more than 50,000 users acquired, creating a new product channel that accelerated global expansion. This product demonstrates the ability to identify market opportunities, align product development with business goals, and drive meaningful user growth.

B2B Logistics Solution from 0 to 1
Product Designer
When logistics operations across multiple countries struggled with inefficiencies, a new B2B logistics tracking app was designed and launched from 0 to 1. Leading user research, prototyping, and iterative testing throughout product discovery, the solution focused on the real workflows and challenges of over 80 operations staff, including internal and external transport teams from different enterprises.
Designed for a fast-paced environment, the app streamlined item tracking, reducing location time by 80%, significantly improving customer experience, and decreasing support tickets related to tracking issues. The product was driven from discovery to launch in close collaboration with the tech team, turning operational complexity into an intuitive, high-impact release.
